1. Use of Website and Services

This website offers health and wellness coaching focused on lifestyle areas such as sleep, nutrition, movement, and building a personal health portfolio. It also offers educational products, including digital guides and courses and physical self-tracking tools. Nothing offered here is a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult directly with a healthcare provider regarding any health concerns or medical conditions.

2. Coaching Is Not Medical Care

Coaching provided through this website is for educational and wellness purposes only and does not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Although the coach is a licensed physician, coaching is provided in a non-medical capacity, and no doctor-patient relationship is established through the use of this site, its services, or its forms. Coaching does not include medical treatment and is designed to complement your health care rather than replace it. A coaching client may not transition to a medical consultation in her practice, and current patients may not transition to coaching since the services are completely different as well as the infrastructure and methodology around them.

3. Eligibility

You must be eighteen years of age or older to purchase from this website.

Coaching services are not available to residents of New Jersey, New York, California, Massachusetts, or Maryland. State of residence is captured at checkout. Coaching services are also not available to Medicare or Medicaid beneficiaries. If a coaching purchase is completed by someone who is not eligible under this section, the purchase will be cancelled and refunded in full. These restrictions apply to coaching services only. Products and digital materials are available in all fifty states.

4. Products and Digital Materials

Physical products sold through this website are educational self-tracking tools. They are not medical devices, diagnostic tests, or diagnoses, and they do not treat, screen for, or detect any condition. They are sold separately from coaching and are used entirely on your own.

Digital guides, courses, and video materials are licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use. Access is delivered immediately upon purchase or upon activation of the access code included with a physical product.

5. Payment, Refunds, and Cancellation

Payment for coaching services, programs, products, and materials is processed securely through third-party providers, including Stripe and Kajabi. Fees and program details are provided at the time of purchase or enrollment. By purchasing, you agree to the terms presented at checkout.

Refunds and cancellations are governed by our Refund and Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

6. Privacy

Any personal information submitted through this website is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which describes the advertising and analytics technologies used on this site. Please do not share medical information electronically, as the security of anything you send can vary depending on your device settings and platform.
