These coaching sessions are private and independent of insurance β nothing here is billed as an insurance claim or reimbursable by any health plan. Coaching is not a medical service, so it generally isnβt HSA/FSA-eligible on its own. If youβd like to explore whether any part qualifies, check directly with your plan administrator.

Why MeΒ
I left corporate medicine to do something different β to reach people earlier, and in a way that truly works.
I'm a physician first, and I always will be. Medicine gave me everything: the training, the depth, the years at the bedside that taught me how the body actually works. What I wanted was to bring all of that upstream β to the moment before anything goes wrong, when small, smart choices have the most room to compound.
And when we sit down together, I'm your coach. That means you set the direction, you make the decisions, and we build from the strengths you already have β not from what's wrong with you. My job is to bring you options worth choosing from. Some people simply prefer that the coach beside them went to medical school. That's me.

Why I Do This
You're capable and care about your health β maybe more than the people around you realize. You're not looking to be fixed or βoptimizedβ into someone else and blind health directives donβt work for you. The missing piece is you need help making sense of your own health, on your terms, without giving up the things that make life good. Context matters and so do the reasons for any lifestyle change you might decide to make.
I built this for you β and, honestly, for a younger version of me.
I grew up in a blue zone family, living a toxin-free, ultra-healthy lifestyle. I was raised on the longevity playbook before the internet named it β and then spent my twenties rebelling against it. What sent me back was medicine. I trained as a surgeon, and what surgery teaches you is what disease actually looks like when nobody reads the early notes β the kidney that quietly stopped working, the bladder that had been signaling for a decade, the cancer that didn't have to be there. You learn the cost of a system built to find people only after something breaks.
Eventually I stopped wanting to lead with the knife. What I landed on after all these years: health built on deprivation doesn't last, and health you can't enjoy isn't worth much. So I stopped asking how to optimize a life and started asking a better question β what if we built health on purpose, before anything breaks, without giving up the good stuff?
That question became the Health Portfolio: an honest, accessible and organized method to take real ownership of your health. The medical training is the part that makes it work β the dimension most coaching is missing β but I'm not here to be βthe doctor.β You're in the driver's seat of your health journey. I'm here to help you build something you own, and actually live your life while you do it.
